INFORMATION ON THE GOLD AGENT ORANGE BRACELET IS MINE.
We received a phone call from Washington DC from Irish Bresnahan's caretaker, Pam,
that Irish passed away this morning in the hospital in Washington DC. Arrangements are pending, Irish's sister is flying
to DC to bring her back home with Pam and Irish's niece will be driving her car back home. Please keep the family close in
your prayers.
Irish was a good friend that tried to help
anyone that she could. I will miss her greatly. The news really took me by surprise as I just talked to Irish Monday night
on the phone. She was in DC for her hearing & had just came from visiting the memorials at The Mall when she called to
let me know that she was going to take a few days vacation with family & rest up a bit.
After talking with Pam & hearing what the doctors told her it is pretty easy to assume that VA's
decision to take her off of a pain medication that worked well for her & replacing it with a cheaper generic one that
caused a bleeding ulcer that led to her ultimately bleeding to death.
I just finished editing/updating
a page Irish & I made a few years back, please visit the page In Honor Of Irish turn your sound up as you visit because the song was not only one of her favorites but also captures the spirit of how special the
lady really was.
A wonderful tribute to a departed friend, to which I dare not add...
A photo of our dear friend "Irish" is attached. Paul Sutton, proud Marine friend of this
